Hello dear,
It is compulsory to write and pass NATA to join B.Arch anywhere in the country. But there are exceptions also. You can join the Schools of Planning and architectures MHRD by writing JEE(Mains) paper 2. ... You can joinb.arch without NATA only if you are getting into some IIT or NIT through JEE.

Hello Samhitha,
Definitely You can get admission in NITs on basis of JEE Mains only if you have adequate marks in JEE Mains. And also, provided that you fulfill all eligibility criteria of JEE Mains 2018.
If you want admission in Architecture, then Paper 2 of JEE Mains is mandatory.
Good Luck.
