Yes, a character certificate from your college is generally acceptable, wspecially if you haven't uploaded your graduation marksheet. it should be from a recognized institution and recently issued. just ensure it clearly mentions your conduct and is duly signed by the authority.

And this is so as the first two characters taken for renaming the file is "S. "And not my first two letters of the name which posses the problem while uploading as two file extension cant be accepted
