Basrd upon the information that you have provided it seems that you have not qualified the cutoffs for the first 2 rounds of counselling in IPU counselling.Will suggest you to wait for the third and fourth round of counsellingnto be conducted by IPU for admission to BA Eng Hons course.Also check for the other private colleges where you had applied.

You have a decent rank and you have chances.
