Hello.
Please check your Junk/Spam folder for the confirmation mail from DU. If its still not there, you can write to them through mail.
Also if you paid the fees through online mode, please keep a screen shot of it. Because sometimes it takes time for the amount to reach the university’s account. So you may get the confirmation a little later.
