Dear Participant it is very enthusiastic that you want to be part of Indian Navy, if you haven't received your marksheet from school yet then you can fill the roll number provided by board, if for further rounds it ask for certificate and still you didn't received it, then you can ask your school write a reference letter to whoever it may concern that they haven't provided the marksheet yet.

I understand that you wish to join the Indian Navy but haven't yet received your mark sheet from school yet and so to answer your question, while filling out your application form for the Indian Navy, put your roll number that you were allotted by the examination board as the serial number. By the time of physical verification of documents, you would probably receive your mark sheet which would either be collected by you in person or can be sent to you by post.
