You can prepare for NEET but  it will all depend upon your hardwork,6 months are enough for preparing NEET if your basics are strong then you can easily get a seat in good medical college so just start studying and make sure you thoroughly go through the ncert textbooks of all the subjects as maximum number of questions will come from ncert only and don't try too many reference book,select any one and practice as much as you can.i hope this information helps you.

As per the Qualifying Exam of NEET 2019- You need to have PCB/ Biotechnology in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

As per this Qualification Marks, I don't think so you are eligibilie for NEET 2019.
