I live in Haryana and my cast is SC I Have done 11 and 12th class from Delhi So will I also get SC caste reservation in 85% Delhi quota??

No, as you refered that you live in haryana. You have to be domicile(resident)of that state ,only then you are eligible for 85% quota of that state.It have no relation to either ,you have studied in class 11th or 12th from delhi.
You would be able to apply only for sc category quota.
