I m a private student who is repeating 12th. This tym i will get above 90%.Can i eligible for CLAT as i have done my 12 in 2nd ATTEMPT....

Hey.

Yes definitely you can appear for CLAT this time. There is no restrictions on the number of attemps and age limit. You can appear for it as a student appearing for class 12.
