I m from agra(up) and expected fr 520 marks in 2019 in neet my category is general is any chance to get mbbs government college

Going by the trend, it is very difficult to get a government medical college in UP via State Quota. The closing rank for general category is usually 10,000 all India Rank, that means a minimum of 540+ marks is need. However keeping in mind, that cut off marks vary from year to year, I would suggest you to target for a score of 550+.
