With a score of 148 you have fair chances to qualify NTSE stage 1. However, getting selected for NTSE stage 2 will depend on the NTSE Cutoff 2019 released by your state. Many states have released the cutoff along with the NTSE Result 2019. Others will be releasing soon. You can check for the same by clicking on the links provided.
