Congratulations first of all! You have a good score but you cannot expect a call from every PSU. From PSUs altogether, only a few seats are released every year for the ECE GATE qualified students when compared to all other branches. So it will depend on cutoffs decided according to the number of applicants and the GATE performance by the candidates. According to the previous years' trends, this is a borderline score. So you shouldn't have high hopes for getting into a maharatna or navratna PSU. You can apply for a few miniratna PSUs though chances are less. You can also apply for CEL, as they release a good number of posts for the ECE candidates or other state level or national level PSUs.

PSUs may specify other eligibility criteria like physical specifications(height, weight etc), age limit, graduation CGPA etc along with the GATE score for shortlisting purpose.

Apart from this, for all these PSUs you have to clear the rounds conducted by them until the final selection. Further selection rounds include Online written tests, GD or Personal Interview. Although a good GATE score matters for shortlisting but the final results will be decided based on the performance in the further rounds.
