You have a decent score and you can certainly apply for good private colleges like CV Raman Odisha, KIIT, Amity University, Galgotias University, LPU, SRM Chennai, WBUT and a lot of other colleges. The chances of getting an IIT, NIT or similar colleges like BIT Mesra or BITS Pilani are less but you should check out for the above mentioned universities.

According to past records the various cutoffs for jee advanced obc category was as follows:

2018:81

2017:115

2016:67

Its quite difficult to clear! But you can get other good colleges as well.

As this year the paper difficulty level was more than previous year so the expected cutoff may get 5 to 10 less than previous year . But sorry  to say Anand your score is way below the expected cutoff of this year so, your chances are quite less to qualify for it.

Since you have secured 67 Mark in JEE advanced 2019. Cutoff for JEE advanced has not announced yet. But the expected cutoff for OBC category would be almost 72 marks .

No one can tell that whether you are qualified or not . Please wait until the result to be published.
