I m keralan obc but i don't have non-criminal certificate And I born in shillong and father too and my mom from nepali but we are malayali. So how I can proof Nativity place

Since you and your father were born in Shillong , but you are Malayali by origin , you will need specific documents to prove Kerala nativity , as per Kerala government norms .
