No, there will be no problem due to this as you have made a new one now and the old one got expired. You just have to make all the certificates as in same format as of Neet ug brochure.

Here are some eligibility criteria for Neet 2022:-

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
  

• Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
  
• Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.
  
• The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
  

• UR - 50%,
  

• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
  

• PWD - 45%

As you have asked i want to inform you that no there will not be any problem due to change in RD number but make sure that you get the documents by the date of documents verification or before the date when to go for fees payment. take both the new and old one with you while submitting the documents.
