You can choose stream according to your choice and interest

Below are the top branches which are most preferred by the students

1- CSE

HI, Assuming you are from general category, with 90 you have less/no chances to get into NIT's.
You will have to apply in other private state colleges like in UP, Haryana,Rajasthan etc.
