saiteja boga Please respond did you make the another payment? I have tried reaching their both numbers 100s of times but no one responded.. Even I have sent them mails and raised tickets according. Still no response over there.

I am sarmistha Buragohain i fiiled my cat form on 16 September, today 2020 through billdesk UPI VPA code my amount got deducted from bank but the transaction was unsuccessfull
I am kindly requested to give my amount refund once again i have to pay my amount and resubmit the form please accept my complain and help me...

Hello Saiteja,

Firstly don't panic if payment is done you will get an sms from bank so make sure you have it.Sometimes the system has problem so try waiting for 1-2 days and see the status if it is showing the same then you can contact them on there official email id or contact number and tell them the problem make sure you have some proof to show them they surely help you out in this.

And talking about refund it officially takes 7 days for refund so you have to contact them first tell them, everything.
