No, you don't need a new Ews certificate for now. Because it is valid for 1 year . And yes, you need ews certificate in same format as given in Neet ug brochure.

Neet 2022 eligibility criteria:-

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
  

• Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
  

• Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022
  
• There are no restrictions on the maximum attempt of the candidates.
