Your score is very good , but see rank , varies every year according to the toughness of the paper . Although according to last year cutoffs your rank would be around 2000-4000 . With this rank you can get ECE and EE in many decent IIT'S , although Cs can be little tricky as the cutoffs for cs are increasing every year . Still by the 7th round you might get Cs in some IIT , but EE and ECE you can get in decent IIT going by last year cutoff ,

as per previous year data, your expected rank will be 4.5-5k depending on the total strength and average performance of the candidates.
out of 2.5 lakhs strength you have to stand in 1k to 3k range to get top IIT campus like Delhi, mumbai, chennai. if you have reservation category then it will help you sure to reach into the cutoff range for top branch and IIT campus.
