It's an unfortunate incident. I do understand. Few suggestions which I can give you from my side .

1. Check if you have taken a picture of the application. 

2. Saved the application or registration form in your phone. 

3. You can check your email inbox or trash as there may be several mails involving that number. Which you can find there itself .
