You marked yes on tfw while filling out the form. Now, depending on that quota, they will generate the  ranks. You are unable to update it at that time. You will not be able to attend the counselling until you submit the application together with the TFW certificate. Otherwise, you must apply for admission under the general category basis. However, if there is a provision for authorities for correction, you must contact the authorities for the same. Or if their is a chance to fill the form again-Please go for it.
