Hii,

JEE is a exam with lots of competition. To stay motivated always remember the reason you want to clear JEE with good rank. Close your eyes and imagine yourself after you have cleared JEE. It will help you alot in staying focused and motivated.

Keep the distractions away from you. Avoid talking to the people who tell you that JEE is very difficult or you can't do it.

While I was preparing for JEE , I too wasn't very comfortable and was scared from the exam. The best way to remove the fear and get comfortable is to give mock tests. Initially you might not score well and will feel that your preparation is not up to the mark or you can't do it. But as you analyse your papers , you will realise there would be many questions that you could do, some questions were wrong due to silly mistakes and for some questions if you studied a specific part or little more then you would be able to do it. As you start working on them you marks will increase gradually and you will be able to see the difference in yourself. Even if till first 10 tries you don't get good marks don't leave giving mock tests. Because they are the best option to make you comfortable for JEE. The more the number of tests you give the more better and confident you get.

And whatever you do , do it well with complete concentration. Don't listen to music while studying, don't use social media site's, etc. These maybe small things but will help you alot in staying focused and improving your marks. Once your marks start to improve , you will feel great.

All the best
