Note that there only three possible options to get admission for undergraduate programmes in colleges:

• By writing entrance exams;
• Through your board marks; and
• Through management quota. 

The first option is eliminated for you. You van easily find many colleges that take admissions through donations, eg. VIT, SRM, etc. 

If you want admission through board marks, according to me, SSN is the best college that takes students purely based on merit.
