I need to withdraw from clat admission process immediately but it is not showing withdraw option when I logged in What should i do

Dear Issac,
In order to withdraw from the CLAT Admission process you are required to send an e-mail from your registered e-mail id (used at the time of submission of applications) to the e-mail id, withdrawal@clat.ac.in by 11.59 p.m. today, i.e., 21st June, 2018. You shall mention your Name, Roll Number/Registration Number, All India Rank in the e-mail. It may be noted that the option of withdrawal once exercised cannot be revoked.
