So with regard to your query, in order to get a seat in not only St. Johns Medical College, but for any medical college, you need to give the NEET exam. It is mandated by the Medical Council of India. You cannot have any kind of other entrance exams for the purpose of MBBS seat without the NEET exam. However, if you are wishing to get into other medical streams like Pharmacy, BPT, then there is no need of writing the NEET exam.
