I not getting 75 percent marks in CBSE improvement exam this year can I give jee main 2019 by reply appear in class 12

Yes you can apply for JEE  after reappearing your 12 th board or you can go for other courses as well.

Yeah definitely you will be able to write the JEE mains 2019 entrance exam since you can't be able to score the minimum percent i.e 75% which is required inorder to enter into the IIT / NIT / CFTI / State Government engineering colleges but in your case if your % is less than 75 then you will also be able to apply for the private institutions if your PCM percentage is more than 60.
