As you have already paid for State Seat Predictor, it should not ask you to pay. If it's asking, check whether you are opening it from the same Gmail-Id which you used while paying for the predictor as using a different Gmail-Id will ask you to pay. If the issue still persists, contact the Careers360 team or tell in the comment section of this answer, I will contact with them for you.
