I paid seat acceptance fee in josaa counselling. There will give it back for us or they will charge that amount for counselling?

No it you finally allot any seat and you accept it and get admission than this whole amount will be adjusted in the college fee .
But if you will not accept or get any seat and you withdraw from counseling than the changes will be deducted ( I think it is 1000 RS.) And remaining will be credited back to you.
