See the authorities at KEA had told that we fine would be imposed on candidates if they do not mark their presence at the allotted private colleges in which they have got a Government quota seats. So if you have violated this rule you would have been fined but that didn't happened to anyone, this was just a warning as a lot of seats remain vacant if the candidate do not respond on time. Now if you write the examination next year again it would not be affected by your past records and would be eligible to to get a new set provided you fulfill the eligibility requirements.
