Hello Abhishek,
You need to have biology as your subject for being eligible to take the neet examination. Skip two year, take biology and then take neet if you are passionate about it.

To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually.

The candidates belonging to General Category should score a aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.

Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a aggregate minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.

For persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required in aggregate across Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology.

From 2018, it is likely that the NEET eligibility criteria will require candidates to have studied Biology as a core subject in both Classes 12 and 11, rather than as an additional subject in Class 12 alone.

You just need to believe in yourself and be determined. You can easily switch over to biology to you wish to do. NEET examination is open for all. And therefore you can begin revising and getting command over concepts of biology. Physics and Chemistry are already your subject. Refer any competitive book of your choice and follow it. And the key to master a subject is to move simple to difficult. Have faith and put efforts and you qualify NEET.

Yes. That is always possible. All you need is to go through the biology books thoroughly and make a clear concept on those. You must be strong in physics and chemistry, so just keep on revising those and solve MCQs.
All the best!
