 I am sharing you the eligibility criteria of mhcet.

Nationality: Candidate should be Indian citizen.

Age: There is no age limit to apply.

Qualifying Exam: The candidates must pass class HSC/12th or equivalent from a recognized board.

Subjects: Candidates must have physics and mathematics as compulsory subject along with chemistry.

So according to eligiblity cretria you will eligible for mhcet 2020, it doesn't matter that you appeared for mhcet 2019 or not.
