i passed 12th in 2017 but drop for JEE 2018 unfortunately not qualify ,I take Admission in D.el.ed in 2018 but if I take admission in b.tech

Generally, it won't affect your placements. If you get admission into any of the top colleges in India through JEE Main 2019, you would just have to work hard to keep your academics on track in order to get a good placements with a handsome package.
Try to excell in the academics and involve yourself in extra-curricular activities, which is also important to get you a good placements. But, getting involved in extra-curricular activities doesn't mean that you will forget about academics.
With a proper focus on what you want to achieve you can get through easily.
