Hello,

The maximum number of attempts that the candidates can attempt JEE Advanced is two times in two consecutive years. You can appear in JEE Main for three consecutive years from passing their class 12. So, if you have passed class 12 in 2021, then you can appear in JEE Main 2021, 2022, and 2023. So, you will be eligible for appearing in jee mains and advance next year. Also note that jee mains will take place in 4 phase every year and you can attempt all the phases if you want.

I hope this helps.
