I passed class 10 in 2016 after that I'm suffered From illness now in 2019 I'm in class 12 am I eligible for jee mains in 2020 as a dropper.

Hi Neeraj,
If you pass class 12 in 2019, you will be eligible for JEE in 2019 and 2020. Your year of passing class 10 does not matter, only year of passing class 12 is considered. However, if you have passed class 12 in 2018, you will not be eligible for JEE 2020 unless your board declares the result after June 2018.
