I passed my 12th from CBSE with aggregate marks in English,phy,chem and bio is 59.4% and i know to for AIIMS I require 60% Shall i give imp

I think you wrote, "shall you give up"

Well no, you can give improvement exam for 12th cbse to improve your aggregate. If you raise or gain good marks then you will easily qualify for the AIIMS. The improvement exam is held next year or the year you will apply for. If you want to prepare for AIIMS exam then it is the best idea for you. 

But if you are belong to sc/st category then 50 aggregate is required.

if you want to do MBBS then you obviously need to give improvement exams as in most colleges across india, eligibility criteria is 60% and above aggregate.
