Hello,

Yes you can get admission in abroad but for this you need to check eligibility criteria of that colleges for ten years of gap between your 10th and 12th.Please take care of this critera.You can contact colleges for the details.

Yes, but you need to check with the abroad universities where there will be a minimun age gap then only they'll provide admissions.
