i qualified gpat 2023 but i joined in my mpharm college through pgecet but not gpat so i want to know whether i am eligible for gpat fellowship or not please help me
Dear Aspirant,
Even though you qualified GPAT in 2023, you are not eligible for the GPAT scholarship because your admission into the M.Pharm course was done through PGECET and not based on your GPAT score. According to the rules set by AICTE, only students who take admission into M.Pharm strictly through their valid GPAT score are eligible for the GPAT fellowship, which provides a monthly stipend of INR12,400. If the admission is done through state entrance exams like PGECET or any other route, the student becomes ineligible for the fellowship, even if they have a valid GPAT rank. Additionally, the student must be enrolled in a full-time M.Pharm program at an AICTE-approved institution, not hold any other financial assistance or stipend, and should not be admitted through management or sponsored quotas. Since your admission was not based on the GPAT score at the time of joining the course, you do not meet the core eligibility criteria for the GPAT fellowship.
HELLO,
Yes you are eligible for the GPAT fellowship but only if you take admission to your M.Pharm course using your GPAT rank . The AICTE GPAT scholarship is offered to only candidates who are :-
1.GPAT Qualified
2.Admitted to an AICTE - approved M.pharm Program through GPAT
Since you joined your M.pharm through PGECET and not through GPAT you cannot claim the GPAT fellowship . To get scholarship your admission must linked to your GPAT score as per AICTE rules
Hope this Helps!
