Hello Aspirant,
See if you were eligible for JEE-Advance 2020 but could not appear in it on account of being Corona Positive then only you can appear for JEE-Advance 2021 without qualifying JEE-Main 2021 as per the point mentioned in the information brochure of JEE-Main 2021. But note that if there is reason other than mentioned above due to which you were unable to appear in JEE-Advance 2020 then you will not be allowed to appear in JEE-Advance 2021 until and unless you qualify JEE-Main 2021. Also this year our Hon'ble education minister has announced that the relaxation of 75% or 65% criteria will be valid for this year as well but you need to pass separately in each subject in class 12th.
As per the previous year, this year also 75% relaxation is provided but only for admission to IITs not for NITs/IIITs/CFTIs. Which means the candidate should have passed all the subjects of class 12th for which he/she is appearing and if he/she is unable to secure 75% then also he/she will be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 and for admission to IITs.
