I score 342 mark in neet & i am obc I know at this mark i won't get government college in all India quota in medical & bds what can I do now

Well if you apply via state quota counselling you may have chances of getting a government dental college or a government seat in some private dental college.
Also you have chances of getting a self financing medical college but the fee may be quite high for those colleges.

As you mentioned with obc and 342 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are pretty low.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
