Since the official results and cutoff are still awaited for NEET 2021 , nothing absolute can be said right now . However you may note that that for NEET 2020 the GEN EWS cutoff was 50th percentile and the marks range was 130-150. Now considering the fact that this year's paper was a bit difficult than the last time the OBC cutoff is also expected to dip a little bit and thus you will clear the cutoff and are eligible for private Medical College.
However chances to of a government Medical College with such marks are zero as they will close around 570-580 this year
Now considering your marks you should start researching about private medical colleges or else decide about taking a drop and preparing again
