Cutoffs have increased this year due to higher competition so it all depends on the number of seats available and number of applicants etc. Since you have a score of 500 ,getting a government seat under All India Quota is difficult but you may try for government quota seats in other colleges  through Karnataka state counselling . Therefore you do not have to worry about getting MBBS seat , you may have some good options .Some of your options are :
