I score 72 % class 12 cbse ..will i able to appea for jee mains in2018 ...so as to take admsn in State level college.

Yes u can get anything except JOSAA counselling..

In 2018, there will be only one entrance exam to take admission in state level and private level exam except IITs.
You can appear in JEE Main but you are not eligible to get admission in NITs/IIITs, GFTIs and IITs.
