Not sure but don't worry. This year's paper was too difficult, so according to sources the cutoff is going to get lowered. So you might have a chance for your desired branch.

According to last year cut-offs you cannot get ECE or electrical branch in any of the old IIT's because these branches gets closed within 1000 ranks .But don't be disappointed because there are many branches which are available for you.
