As per your marks, its very difficult to get into a government medical college even with reservation. You may start looking for private colleges or give a year drop to prepare better for next year.

You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for Pandit. Bhagawat Dayal Sharma Medical College are as follows:
General Category: 486
BC-A: 523
BC-B: 555
SC:  460
With 188 marks there is a huge difference. And so unfortunately you do not have a chance for an admission in this College.
