Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 208 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for MBBS as cutoff is way higher than your marks. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management.
These are few of the private colleges in India where you could apply for MBBS in India.
1. KMC Manglore- Kasturba Medical College, Manglore, Karnataka.
2. HIMSR Delhi- Humdard Institute of Medical Science and Research, New Delhi.
3. IIMSR Lucknow- Integral Institute of Medical Science and Research, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
4. JNMC Belgaum- Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, Karnataka.
5. NMCH Sasaram- Narayana Medical College and Hospital, Jamuhar, Bihar.

Hope you are doing well.
As competition is increasing day by day, cutoff is also increasing despite being of a difficult paper. So one must try to score well in the exam to get into a government medical college.
It is difficult to get a government college at these marks. You didn't mention your category so i consider it to be general.
Last year for getting a MBBS seat you required 600+ marks. So in order to secure a government medical college you need to score 600+ marks .
You can opt for private medical colleges in some open states.
Some of the open states are:
karnataka
kerala
uttar pradesh
bihar
Chattisgarh
Punjab
rajasthan
tripura
Madhya pradesh
Uttarakhand
If you cannot afford private medical college, you can go for some other courses too. Here is a link regarding this you check it:

Or you can drop this year and prepare again for next year and try to score well . You should choose wisely.

Hi
I am assuming you from general category.
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 208 marks,
You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges
But yes,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-
----------) GITAM:- 197 marks

----------) Santosh Medical College:- 167 marks
