As you scored 222 marks out of 300 in JEE-Main 2020 which would take you to near about 99 percentile. This percentile will lead you towards good All India Rank which is under 10000.
On the basis of this rank you can easily get good branch in top NITs like NIT Warangal, NIT Surathakal, MNIT Jaipur and many more.
I would suggest you to prepare yourself for JEE-Advance 2020 exam which will take you to IITs which are most prestigious institutions of India.

For this rank in general category, YES, you can get some good NITs with branches like CSE and Mechanical. You might get CSE in Warangal, Allahabad, Jaipur etc. subject to Home State consideration.
