Hey sarthak, you don't get any good college with this rank not even good private college . Your marks is too less. I think you should prepare again. Or Go for private University like SRM University, LPU. Give any University level engineering exam. If you have good score in Boards than do BSC from good college. If you want good engineering college than give test of VIT. If you are from Punjab than you can get seat at GNDU, GNDEC but you can't get good branch there. Else prepare for jee again.

It's highly impossible to get CSE branch in government college and that too under general category,Better go for any other Private engineering colleges and Deemed Universities like VIT,SRM,Sathyabama,BITS pilani,etc.

As you have mentioned Low fees structure it is highly impossible to get.The first thing is you can't get CSE under government college and with low fees it's not gonna be possible.

27 marks are not in range of cutoff  . So u have not clear the jee mains . U  can't get any college try for private colleges

Yes you can admitted at IIT Kanpur at less fee structure

Try for private college like--

1.Lncts Bhopal(LNCT 2nd campus)

2.oriental Bhopal(2nd campus)

3.T.I.T Bhopal

4.Arya,Jaipur

5.bengal engg college Durgapur



U can try for govt college of Punjab in spot Counsealing of colleges such as--

1. Giani jail Singh

2.Mallout

You scored only 27 out of 360.

First of all you are not eligible for JOSAA counselling, so don't think of any govt engineering colleges.



Now come to private colleges, you have chances in some of the D grade private colleges where you may take admission and also don't think of any good private college with your merit, you may get a seat in top private colleges through management quota

Hi sarthak....please take it in a light matter.Do you really think that with such a score you may get a good goverment college.People are scoring 120 plus and not getting good NIT's.I scored 150 in jee mains in 2015 and couldn't get a good Nit.So i am not embarrassing you but you cannot get a good government college with low fee structure and very good placement with that score.Try hard next year work hard and you will really succeed.

U can't get any government college on the basis of this marks u should look other options
