mtech admission is done by gate score mostly, however in some cases some of the university also evaluate graduation marks. see at this score you have less chances for iits and top ranked nits , so right now I suggest you to apply for some other mtech exams like bits hd, vit vellore mtech exam, jadavpur university mtech entrance etc. however you may apply for north east nits, but at this score there is less chances of getting communication engineering or embedded systems stream,
