I scored 428 in neet 2019. My all india rank is 101996.I belong to sc. I am from kerala.Is there any chance for getting an mbbs seat for me.

Congrats on your marks. For getting a government mbbs seat for OBC category, you must score 500+ marks. Still you could try for private mbbs medical college or semi government. Check for those colleges whose cutt off you cross and then go for it.

It's the same for SC/ST as well as OBC.
For general its around 550+ and for sc/st/obc its 500+.
