NEET eligibility marks to be considered in 12th are an aggregate of PCB subjects.

The 12th percentage required for NEET are separate for each category. The category wise eligibility percentage of PCB scores  is listed down kindly check.

1.UR-50%

2. OBC/ SC/ST-40%

3.PWD-45%

So according to the marks that you have scored in PCB your total is 139. So you are eligible for NEET only if you belong to OBC/SC/ST/PWD.

Neet eligibility  criteria says that,
to be eligible  you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th  examination  if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st

Now ,you are from general category ,
Your aggregate in PCB is
44+41 +54
= 139
=(139/300*100 )%
=46% i.e lesser than 50% ,so you don't  fulfil above aforesaid % requirement and thus you are not eligible for neet examination
