There are very less chances that you will get govt MBBS seat through AIQ second round counseling in your category at your marks. First round cut off ranks for SC candidate in AIQ was AIR 69669 . so if we compare your ranks then you will have almost nil chance to get govt college through AIQ.

You should try in your state. State quota cut off usually goes lower than the AIQ.
